LA PISCINA ESTA ABIERTA!!!
I have just finished a refreshing swim in the newly painted CHI pool! Honestly, I never thought I would be saying that. Little did I know in 2005, when I was tearing out the pool floor with a hammer, that three years later I would be enjoying this scene with so many new friends.
I´ve been reminded recently that every decision you make will change your life in some way. I find it so interesting to imagine how the decisions I make every day will affect my future.
Today is the final day for two of CHI´s house parents, Camerino and Dina. Tonight there will be a devotional service and good bye party. I wish them well... and thank them for their service here. They have blessed the lives of so many, may God bless their futures.

Yea...a pool that can be swam in! Best wishes to the wonderful couple from Casa 5...may their future be blessed after all the blessing they've given to the Haven's kids.
We developed some pictures today. Will send some down after showing our family this week-end. We'll be 3 Johnson girls on our Chicago trip. I'm up for it! Are you?? So great to get your call last night. I loved hearing the "holas" from the kids with all of the kisses they sent! They are so generous in their friendship, aren't they?!
Happy 4th of July...first time you've celebrated that one in a different country!
